To celebrate the end of the year at the Rib Appreciation Society, we had a reunion party with the OG crew, and what better place to have this than at the Lone Star Rib House Geelong!
The crew were excited to take it back to our roots, back to where we all started and enjoy some delicious ribs together, share some beers and have a great time in Geelong!
We kicked off with some beers, said cheers to the end of 2023 and got tucked into some amazing food served up by the friendly staff at Lone Star Rib House Geelong.
Started Pork Belly Bits, Hot Wings and Nachos, these absolutely hit the spot as we were enjoying our beers, and we knew the best was yet to come!
We then got stuck into the Beef Ribs, Baby Back Pork Ribs and the Signature Sticky Pork Ribs, as well as some side of steak that we just had to try! The food was so good, the ribs were tender and juicy, and I absolutely loved the sauces across the lot, especially the Signature Sticky Pork Ribs.
I was a huge fan of the Poutine Fries they had on special, I just couldn’t stop eating them! If you see them on the menu, I highly recommend you try them, they do an amazing Gin & Tonic too! I was in heaven!
The icing on the cake was the Cookie Dough for dessert, we all tried and it was just the perfect end to a delicious meal!
It was so good to get the crew back together for a final catch up of the year and we will definitely be heading back to Lone Star Rib House in Geelong again soon!
Always on the hunt for the perfect rack of ribs and cooks up a storm at home, and yes, he loves to tell everyone about it.
