The product you purchase must be used as intended and not altered or modified in any way. Doing so may result in a product becoming unsafe for use.
All products sold by the Rib Appreciation Society are shipped in good working order. If for some reason you receive a product that is broken or faulty, please contact us immediately via email and we will work with you to resolve this.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or swapping of products for any incorrect ordering or due to change of mind, so please ensure you have chosen the correct product to suit your needs.
